Accuracy of listings
Event information is gathered from organisers, public sources and community submissions. We do our best to keep it accurate, but details can change or be withdrawn at short notice. Always confirm dates, times, prices and availability with the organiser or the original source before travelling or booking. Listings are provided for information only and are not an offer, endorsement or recommendation.
Submitting an event
When you submit an event you confirm that the information is accurate, that you have the right to share it, and that any images you provide do not infringe anyone else’s rights. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to publish, edit and display that content on this site. We may edit, decline or remove any submission at our discretion.
Acceptable use
Do not use the site unlawfully, submit misleading, offensive or infringing content, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or scrape or reuse the content on a commercial scale without our permission.
Third-party links
The site links to organiser, ticketing and venue websites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or the terms on which they sell tickets.
Intellectual property
The design, branding and original text of this site belong to us or our licensors. Event images and descriptions may belong to the relevant organiser. If you believe content infringes your rights, contact us and we will review it promptly.
Liability
The site is provided free of charge and “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any loss arising from reliance on listing information or from your dealings with organisers, venues or ticket sellers. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Scotland and the courts of Scotland have exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting your right to bring proceedings elsewhere in the UK where the law allows.
